>>World Peace Through Beer is an annual event held on the closest hashing day to United Nations Day, Oct. 24. Any hash may join by setting a run featuring beers from as many nations as can be enjoyed.We are helping all beer-producing nations by encouraging production and consumption of beer, and helping various hash groups open their eyes to the variety of beers and flavours enjoyed by hashers everywhere.
SOH4 + Utica continue tradition of joint WPTB trails with this year being a jaunt around downtown Syracuse set by One Trick Dick and Lady Kale Krotch. Running section at start for those who want such things then it’s monuments, merriment, SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS, alcohol / snacks/ other beer in the coolers, one WORLD PEACE THROUGH BEER STOP with beer from around the world, great picture spots. Downtown area hash and paved. Leashed dogs should be okay but a ton of street crossings so make your own choices. Hash cash is $10 but worth it
Trail Start: 6:09 pm (ish) at Firefighters Memorial Park, 407 S State St, Syracuse, NY 13202.
Attire: World Peace Through Beer (whatever that means to you), cranium lights, other reflective things to be seen always good.

Trail note – the after is a couple blocks from start. If you want to park there and leave anything in OTD’s car during trail rather than drive your car over have at it
